• People v Felix C., misdemeanor drunk in public, with prior dui; 10 AA’s and dismissed.
• People v Martin B., DUI with high BAC and damaged state property; pled to first DUI, AB541 (3 month driver safety program), restitution per insurance, 3 years probation.
• People v Reynaldo M., DUI that went to warrant; reinstated probation, community labor.
• People v Laron B., felony first degree burglary with enhancement for committing offense while on bail for prior felony burglary; 2 years state prison with credit for time served and no enhancement.
• People v. Maral B., misdemeanor hit and run; case dismissed.
• People v James C., second DUI with 2 accidents and high BAC; SB 37 (18 month driver safety program); restitution per civil; 60 day residential program in lieu of jail.
• People v. Matthew J., felony possession of stolen credit cards while on probation; Drug Court.
• People v. Mark L., possession of syringes in jail while on trial for home invasion with gang enhancement; 2 years concurrent.
• People v. Garon M., felony domestic violence, with priors and while on trial for attempt murder and facing misdemeanor battery charges. Faced 16 years, but sentenced to 8 years state prison and 1 year time served on misdemeanor battery.
• People v. Jose H.-2 counts felony vandalism with gang enhancement; admit gang enhancement and time served.
• Jacob G.-Title IX sexual assault at USC. Settled for one year of counseling with no suspension. Avoided criminal charges on 2 potential rape cases.
